Want groeien is springen… Telkens weer!
Al jaren begeleid ik mensen en organisaties in beweging waarbij ik telkens de focus gelegd heb op de persoonlijke ontwikkeling omdat bedrijven en organisaties niet veranderen èn mensen wel. Dankzij een verandering in gedrag, attitude en houding komen bedrijven stilaan in beweging.
Ik ben altijd al geboeid door wat mensen drijft en ik heb een neus voor wat er onderhuids leeft, je innerlijke demonen zeg maar.
Vanuit mijn passie en dankzij hele leuke feedback die ik de afgelopen jaren in ontvangst mocht nemen start ik met dit leuke project.
Ik kijk er naar uit jou te ontmoeten en bij te staan in jouw traject.
Weet wel… het is altijd intens en ik ga samen met jou ‘all the way’ anders begin ik er niet aan 🙂
